HOW OUR AGING PARENT ASSISTANTS CAN HELP
Caring for an aging parent often starts with one appointment. Then it becomes paperwork, follow-ups, provider calls, prescription questions, transportation logistics, sibling texts, bills, and constant worry.
Our Aging Parent Assistants help families manage the administrative and coordination side of caregiving, so you do not have to carry every detail alone.
Think of us as your behind-the-scenes support system for the tasks that come with helping a parent age safely, comfortably, and with more organization.
Our Aging Parent Assistant plans are customizable to your family’s needs. If you are managing appointments, paperwork, reminders, research, care coordination, or communication between family members, we can help create a plan that fits your season of caregiving.

01
Fill out the intake form
Fill out our Family Assistant intake form to let us know your highest priority needs, and what you’re looking for in a virtual assistant.
Please fill out the form as throughly as possible to make sure we can match you with the right VA.
02
Match with a VA
We will match you with a VA that fits your needs (and as best we can, your personality!). We do our best to find a VA in your time zone. We have VAs all over the world, so don’t worry if you’re in a distant location!
03
Start On-Boarding
After you have an initial meeting with your VA, you will work with them on your on-boarding process. This may include granting access to your email account and other accounts. You will also be given your VA’s Signal Name so you can text them with requests like “Can you add basil to my grocery list for this week?”
